Diet and supplements

My current diet plan follows the 1500 max kcal daily intake (more often than not, around 1200), eating 40/40/20 (40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fats) and getting all my carbs from vegetables and some oats in the morning; completely cut out all sorts of carbs from white flour (except for cheat day), and max 1 medium potato at lunch sometimes. I try for 3 meals a day with 2-3 snacks of some negative calorie food or protein.

I have also added this to my daily diet:

  • Lemon water when I get up (1/2 Lemon in warm water)
  • 1 1/2 l. Apple cider water (50ml apple cider vinegar in 1 1/2 l. water)
  • 1 1/2 l. Cranberry water (50ml 6:1 cranberry concentrate in 1 1/2 l. water)
  • Whey protein (before gym)
  • Lipo 6 Black
